  • Technical Phone Support

    • Available 24/7 (possible delays outside office hours from 07:00-16:00).

     

  • On Site Technical Support

    • A skilled technician on site at your facility within 1-48 hours.
    • No charge for one site hours if under warranty.
    • Travel costs (flights, rental cars, accommodation, travel time) will be invoiced.
  • Spare Parts

    • Beritech will provide a recommended spare part list covering the filleting line’s most critical and special parts.

After Warranty Period.

We can help you with:

  • Technical Phone Support

    • Available 24/7 (possible delays outside office hours from 07:00-16:00).
    • No charge during office hours (07:00-16:00).
    • Outside normal office hours (16:00-07:00), a fee of €86 pr. call, can be invoiced.
  • On Site Technical Support

    • A skilled technician on site at your facility within 1-48 hours.
    • Costs for this service will apply.
