During Warranty Period.

We can help you with:

Technical Phone Support
- Available 24/7 (possible delays outside office hours from 07:00-16:00).
On Site Technical Support
- A skilled technician on site at your facility within 1-48 hours.
- No charge for one site hours if under warranty.
- Travel costs (flights, rental cars, accommodation, travel time) will be invoiced.
Spare Parts
- Beritech will provide a recommended spare part list covering the filleting line’s most critical and special parts.

After Warranty Period.

We can help you with:

Technical Phone Support
- Available 24/7 (possible delays outside office hours from 07:00-16:00).
- No charge during office hours (07:00-16:00).
- Outside normal office hours (16:00-07:00), a fee of €86 pr. call, can be invoiced.
On Site Technical Support
- A skilled technician on site at your facility within 1-48 hours.
- Costs for this service will apply.
