Dual Leadership at the Helm: Beritech Group Appoints Co-CEO

Lars Mynderup will enter into a strategic partnership with the current CEO and owner, Bent Larsen, to lead Beritech Group, a market-leading international partner in tank and processing solutions for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

The appointment of Lars Mynderup marks a significant strengthening of the leadership team, where the two CEOs will combine their complementary skills to drive the company forward. Lars will work across the entire organization, with a primary focus on the Pharma segment, where his experience and strategic insight will be a valuable driving force for the company's continued growth.

Lars Mynderup joins Beritech from a director position at Marel in Støvring, where he held roles as Managing Director and Service Director. With his strong commercial mindset and strategic capabilities, his addition to the team will contribute to an even more dynamic and effective leadership team at Beritech.

The two leaders will work closely together to shape Beritech's strategic direction, while the ownership structure of the growing North Jutland-based company will remain unchanged.

This decision is part of a broader expansion of the executive management team at Beritech Group. In recent months, Beritech has welcomed three other executive members: Allan Styrishave, Lotte Mathiesen, and Anders Lomholt. Bent Larsen comments on these changes: "It has been a necessary and natural development to sharpen our focus on strategy and process optimization, especially in light of the massive growth we have experienced in recent years.

Lars Mynderup also looks forward to sharing the CEO role: "We can be in multiple places at once — quite literally. Bent and I plan to form a partnership where we can handle different tasks in the day-to-day operations, while working together to tackle the increasingly complex decisions.
