Beritech’s Newly Developed Filleting Machine Becomes Core of Production at Filetfabrikken

The collaboration between Beritech and Filetfabrikken began in August/September 2024, and since then, extensive effort has gone into designing a production line that meets the specific needs of the Norwegian company.

Stian Møller Kirkhus, CEO of Filetfabrikken, explains: “We are experiencing a growing demand for salmon fillet products. We want to expand our capacity so we can offer our customers larger volumes and a more diverse product range, including the ability to produce trout fillets as well.”

The new production line will not only increase capacity but also provide a high degree of flexibility, allowing Filetfabrikken to quickly adapt to changing market demands.

The Compact Pro BE-5351 Filleting Machine – The Core of the New Line

At the heart of the new production line is Beritech’s latest filleting machine, the Compact Pro BE-5351. This machine is designed for high efficiency and ease of use and will be tailored to fit seamlessly into Filetfabrikken’s existing production environment.
