To help our customers around the world, we are now using smartglasses to provide faster, real-time support – no matter where they are.
The smartglasses work by letting our technicians see exactly what the customer is looking at. This means technicians can guide customers step-by-step to solve problems, all without needing to be there in person.
Jess Kristensen, Sales Director, is excited to give the costumers this option, “With smartglasses, we can instantly understand what’s going on and provide them with the necessary information so they can solve it themselves”.
Smartglasses also have a feature that translates speech in real-time. This means technicians and customers can speak in their own language, and the glasses will translate it, so everyone can understand each other clearly.
Jakob Frilev, Production Manager, explains, “With real-time translation, language is not a problem. We can make sure our customers always get the help they need.” He adds, “Our customers can rely on us for help at any time, whether they're in Europe, Asia, or the US.”
